HaPpY BiRtHdAy Grandma!

Today my Grandma Anthony is celebrating her 89th birthday with Elvis an some other family members who were able to make it to St.George! Happy Grandma I Love you! Thanks for always sticking up for me when I would walk on Grandpa grass or many other things! It is fun to have a grandma who always tried to stay as young as her grandkids example: skiing, buying bathingsuits that I wouldn't even think of wearing at my age and I think you were about 30 years older than me know! Great times and stories sleeping under the stars! Hope you have a great day! Love you Grandma!   ps there are pitcures of her on previous post when we met for lunch.

Cooling off

So we had a little heat way last week ( almost a 100)  We  had to head towards the coast! It was at least 30 degrees cooler and foggy! For those of you who are thinking that is no big deal....... IT is to me especially when you do not have air conditioning! My husband will not get it for me! He says there are only a few hot days a year. This is when I do agree with global warming! There are more than a couple! SO if you come to visit the Goett family make sure it is not during a heat wave!

Soccer Camp

The girls love to go to Euro soccer camp every summer! ( and it dosen't hurt when they have little crushes on their coaches disco and dent from Scotland) We signed Alex and Hannah up for the following week since Haleigh was at volleyball camp, but were disappointed when their coaches were different! Oh well they are still enjoying it this week but a little less.

what a girl!

Alexandra is trying to earn a star a day so she can turn them in to get a bubble machine ( got it at target for $2.49 hope it works!) and today she asked me what she could do extra to earn one. I said change the laundry for me. Wow was I surprised to see that not only had she taken out the dry clothes and put the wet ones in the drier and the dirty in the washer, she folded the clean towels!!!!! What a girl! I think she is more like her mom than her sisters!

Week at a glance in Southern California

On the 1st of July (my birthday), My dad took us down to Independence Hall for a look at the replica of the Liberty Bell. We had a great time and learn a little more about our country's history. Plus we always have fun with grandpa bob! JT's buddy for the week was my dad! We went to Knott's Berry Farm with the Tsosie kids and grandpa, the log ride was Alex's favorite! The kids learned some line dancing. We drove to Vegas for lunch(really we did) and got to see Aunt Debra and Great Grandma Derelys. This is her new ride! It was so great to she them. This was Jt's first time meeting Grandma. 4 Generations! So glad I got one of these pictures! This picture of Grandma is much better than the one we took when she was in the hospital when Haleigh was one, 10 years ago! Hannah wanted to have her own fourth of July parade and boy as you can see it was a hit!!! Colleen and Lloyd hosted a great 4th at their home and it was so much fun catching up with cousins! Fun times! The kids also went to the beach with aunt Celeste I will do a post of that soon.
